Low vibe love can be draining and harmful to both partners. Often times people do not know when they are in a low vibe relationship, especially if you have been in one for a long time.

Low vibe relationships are filled with one or both partners constantly criticizing and judging one another. Putting the other one down, having to pipe in when the other is making choices. A need to control the other’s behavior or their friendships. Feelings of jealousy and possessiveness. Insecurities. Using emotional blackmail to get what they want from the other. The relationship is full of drama, tension, arguments. No respect. No boundaries. Exhausting.

While in a low vibe relationship, it’s important to become aware of the signs and take the steps necessary to protect yourself. Then communicate your needs, prepare to set boundaries, and end the relationship altogether. Raise your vibration and attract high vibe love. Focus on self love and acceptance. This means accepting your flaws and all. It’s a good time to let go of any grudges and resentments that lower your vibration. Forgive yourself and others. Every day we get to come back and learn something new. Let that be the lesson of the day. Take the time to appreciate the things that are going well in your life and not focus on what needs improvement.

Express your gratitude to others

Bring me my flowers now! Let the people in your life know how much you appreciate them. This could be done through words, actions, or gifts. Expressing your gratitude to others strengthens your relationships and shows them that you care. Be honest and consistent.

Practicing gratitude is a simple but powerful way to improve your happiness and well-being. By taking the time to appreciate the good things in your life, you can boost your mood, reduce stress, and strengthen your relationships.

Raise Your Vibrations
