A need to control the other’s behavior or their friendships. Feelings of jealousy and possessiveness. Insecurities. Using emotional blackmail to get what they want from the other. The relationship is full of drama, tension, arguments. No respect. No boundaries. Exhausting.

While in a low vibe relationship, it’s important to become aware of the signs and take the steps necessary to protect yourself. Then communicate your needs, prepare to set boundaries, and end the relationship altogether. Raise your vibration and attract high vibe love. Focus on self love and acceptance. This means accepting your flaws and all. It’s a good time to let go of any grudges and resentments that lower your vibration. Forgive yourself and others. Every day we get to come back and learn something new. Let that be the lesson of the day. Take the time to appreciate the things that are going well in your life and not focus on what needs improvement.
